A rainy week of projects.

Living the dream up north here in the Puget Sound requires a little tolerance for rain. And since we have had a lot of rain this week Ive been busy dong small projects that have a slight tolerance for the rain.

This area behind the galley cushions contained an AC box that was out of spec and useless due to its placement. I installed a access port that now allows me to grab snacks while watching movies.

Sanded and prepped forward hatch base. I think its gonna be a nice looking hatch as soon as it quits raining.

Began main cabin hatch rework. This hatch allows us to have a lot of light inside the cabin but does leak at the moment. All the leaks appear to derive from the base of the hatch where the wood meets or buts up to the deck. Ive got to figure out how to re-bed this area.

We preserved 2 dozen eggs in water-glass and ate six others. These eggs are so tasty and the freshest I've ever had. These eggs should last up to nine months without refrigeration but we will have eaten them before then.

Forward hatch frame being refinished using natural teak cetol but it had to be put on pause due to the severity of rain we got. Sideways blowing rain causes for more toleration.

Workng on the new dorad boxes that also need to be put on pause but I'm glad to have at put on at least one coast of cetol.

Ill post more on these projects when completed but thats gonna be weather permitting.
